When I found out that I'll be shooting Andrew & Swasti's wedding, I knew it's going to be a superb wedding. By now you might have seen Andres & Swasti's pre-wedding photos in France, their photo clip shot by David and their wedding video (same day edit). Now it's my turn to get a share of knowing them. When we first heard that Agus and Angela wanted to have their wedding on Christmas eve, first thought that came to our mind was: Why?
But being a curious bunch who never passes up an opportunity to shoot a unique and exciting wedding in Bali, we packed our bags and said: We're spending Christmas in Bali!
It was only when we really got to know Agus and Angela better, we realized that having their wedding day on Christmas eve was a perfect and brilliant idea. Why? Because there's no better Christmas present that they would want this Christmas than each other! And of course, Christmas is a time when God showed His perfect love, a time of miracle, and that's what Agus and Angela want their family to be, full of love and miracle.
And for us, we had so much fun shooting this wild and yet romantic wedding. Yup, we just spent our Christmas eve the AXIOO way!
Just a day before Nicholas & Natasha's beautiful Bali wedding, we sneak out for a quick portrait session around the hotel. We were so thrilled for the next day, the big day they have planned months earlier. As we picked them up from their hotel room, there are last minute preparations for tomorrow's event. Little tags and lovely gifts for guests laying around the table. I love DIY stuff. It's so personal. Can't wait for tomorrow...

To my new Malaysian friend, William & Adelena, thanks for coming all the way to Jakarta for your pre-wedding photo session. Ha ha :) What a surprise it was for me when I heard they will be coming to Jakarta, instead of having me go to Kuala Lumpur. Remember the phrase "the grass is greener on the other side"?
It's been a while back since we shot Robert & Devina's wedding in Surabaya, but we know for those planning a wedding, having a good reference like this one is timeless. If you can dream it, you can have it...yes! finally I can land my feet at San Fransisco, one of the prettiest city :) Renowned for its chilly summer fog, steep rolling hills, eclectic mix of Victorian and modern architecture and its famous landmarks, including the Golden Gate Bridge, cable cars, and Chinatown..awesome!
