On the day of the wedding, I stood by at Novieta’s house, capturing moments as she got ready to meet her groom, to be joined together as one later that day. She was so calmed and composed that I recalled thinking she was one of the readiest bride I’ve ever met. A few hours later, her groom arrived and her glow made her even more beautiful. She became chattier, more spontaneous with her words and she suddenly made the ambiance around her more vibrant. This was the real her, I thought. Her man arrived and made her let loose all tension. I figured that a compatible couple would be one that provides comfort to another simply by being there. And if that’s the case, Unggul and Novieta are just perfect for each other.
Their wedding was grand and we all had a fabulous time. But what was most memorable for me, was to witness the glow in their eyes as they said their “I do” before the altar. It is always such a joy to take part in a moment so beautiful where a couple in love embark on a journey towards their forever.
