I was so excited when I first heard that I will be shooting Romeo and Faye’s wedding. In Hong Kong! I know that there is a first for everything, and this is one of those awesome firsts for me!
I first met Faye in Mulia Hotel where we were shooting for her friend’s big day, and my mind will always drift to her every time I take a sip of Grey Goose. She’s the life of every party, a vibrant woman who knows how to have a good time. I didn’t meet her groom until days nearing their wedding. And instantly I knew how right they were for each other. The outgoing lady finally met her match: a calm and cool handsome man who takes all of her playfulness and turn it into a love worthy of a lifetime.
Their wedding day extends for two whole days. The first day was spent in Hong Kong to celebrate with close family and friends over lunch after registering at the office and the traditional ceremonies. The next day, everyone got on a ferry heading to Macau, where Romeo and Faye celebrated their union at The Hard Rock Hotel, hard rocking the night away. Guests came from all over the world to have a good time with the happy couple. And I believe that the night they spent making merriment at the penthouse of The Hard Rock Hotel will remain with them for a really long time. Great does not even begin to sum up how it was that night! Awesome!
Romeo and Faye, thank you for giving me the opportunity to take part in your wonderful day!
Stay rocking,
Jan
