All these years, I always ask couples the same question, "How did he propose?" Each time, I'm ready to hear a surprising answer. Chun Kiat & Cheng Cheng has their own unique version. This one I have never heard before, and made me smile when I think about it.
So one afternoon when Cheng Cheng woke up from her dream she discovered a ring on her finger. Not an ordinary ring...this one is made out of simple sewn circle thread, that's link to Chun Kiat's finger who was waiting in the living room. As soon as he saw her, he popped the question and promised her to always take care of her forever. Simple as it may, that swept her off her feet...and she said "Yes". Cheng Cheng wasn't expecting a big diamond ring, he is all she ever wanted. So to her, his promise is worth much more than any rings.
Little did she know, that he had a more fancy follow up proposal with a real diamond ring later that night. As they dined under the stars in Sky Park Restaurant, he got down on his knees again to ask her the same question. That night, they promised each other to always be in love no matter how old they are.
I love love love shooting for Chun Kiat & Cheng Cheng!! We shot their pre-wedding in Singapore & Melbourne, each time we had a jolly good time laughing together. We explored beaches, parks and alleys, pretty much all over town...and they colored the town with their silly and romantic ways. I really couldn't be happier for this two lovebirds. You really are made for each other :)
