How many times have you board a plane and sit next to a stranger? Did you say "Hi" or introduce yourself? If not, perhaps next time you should. This is how Wira met Candice. Who would have thought a little hallo on a plane one day leads to a lifelong journey together.
A few months ago, we had the best time shooting for Wira & Candice in Shanghai. I always love it there. So rich in history, yet so modern. It's the best of both worlds. The constantly changing weather gave us different look to work on, from sunny sky to heavy rain, all in one day. It's tempting for us to just hide and enjoy a cup of tea or eat more of our favorite Xiao Long Bao. But looking back, i'm so glad we braced ourselves and shot in the rain. It ended up becoming my favorite shot. I feel like the rain adds to the romantic mood.
I wished we shot the making of our pre-wedding session in Shanghai. You will see how popular some places are for wedding photo shoot, esp in Thames Town, where we saw at least a dozen couples dressed in the the wedding dress all lining up to take turns for their photos. I can't help but smile, looking at Wira & Candice who is the only couple not wearing the typical wedding dress for their pre-wedding photo. By the way have I mentioned you look great together.
