I find this quote fitting for Alvin & Yuliana, there's just something about seeing them together, their chemistry shows so much love. It doesn't matter where we shoot for their pre-wedding, they just look great together, but of course Paris adds romance to every shot.

Paris has always bring this atmosphere of romance. Doesn't matter if it's your first time in the City of light or your tenth time there, somehow walking down the left bank of Seine river or crossing the Pont Alexandre III bridge with Eiffel tower peeking on the other side made it feel like you're in a romantic movie set. It's not only the main iconic spots in Paris that charms your heart, but also the small cafes, markets or little parks tucked in the city that awaits your discovery. There's so much to see and do in Paris, that often times as a first timer you can easily get lost in the main city attractions. Your next visit to Paris, take some time to breathe and walk like the locals, eat what they eat, slow down your pace a little, you might stumble on the secret of French passion. You'll love Paris even more.

Our trip to Paris with Alvin & Yuli was blessed with great weather, most of it, except for the last scene when the rain poured down in Louvre, even that the rain made the shot even better. We had so much fun shooting, we actually ate a lot during the shoot. There was one time, we were in the Versailles market and each of us had a huge rack of ribs, paella, roast chicken and a bag of potatoes. That was really really good, nothing beats a freshly roasted meat. Good thing, all that food didn't show up in the photos.

When Yuli shared her story to us about their relationship, we know it would make you smile :) So it's time to share it with the world. Here it goes:

I'm gonna tell a bit of story of me and Alvin :)

We've been together for almost 7 years now. The first time we've been together, we know that we will eventually get married one day :) it's just the feeling that you have when you are so sure of something. But, what kind of relationship have no obstacles he he...

We've been through so much to maintain our relationship... from family, friends and from ourselves as well.

The first time we are together, i just got out of a horrible relationship. I moved to Melbourne, and met Alvin again after never been in contact for a couple of years.
I did saw him a couple of times in my hometown after he moved away to Melbourne but never actually have good terms with him hahaha, remember when i told you when we were primary school I always have arguments with him cause he always teased me and make me upset.

After that we sort of run in the same circle in Melbourne, but our friends always teased him with another girl and after months of hang out, i kinda realize that i like him a lot but never think that he would like me back, because well i was huge and unattractive (at least that is how i felt about myself).. but, out of nowhere he started to texts me and called me, then he told me he wants to be with me... i was shock and really happy cause it comes out of nowhere.

Since then, we have a very happy relationship, like no one in the world could affect us... but suddenly rumors comes, about my weight which become laughing matter for people around him. i was really hurt, he doesn't care what people think and said i should just be whoever i want and be comfortable with myself. But deep down, i know people around him would make it harder for him as well, and i don't want him to suffer. So from that day, i promised to myself that i would change not only for him but for myself and for our love as well.

Finally, months of hard work i lost 40 kg and he lost arounf 25 kg as well. I came home to my hometown and all of the people who started the rumors just speechless. i felt really good, i never realize that the world see me with different glasses, especially shop assistant in a clothing store ahahahah they used to just abandon me and say no sizes for me... well it really open my eyes about life.

After, that it was a smooth sailing. We still have our ups and downs but just the usual, I have never been so in love in my life. and then we got engaged :) (a formal one in which his parents come to ask for my hands)

After years of spending time to studied in Melbourne, We finally decided to come home and continue his family business. We are working really hard and after that we realize, our relationship have grown to a new level, we used to be only joking around and have fun while we were in Melbourne and never actually spend anytime apart for more than 24 hours, but now he has to travel for days even weeks for work and this new arrangement kind of getting in both of our nerves. After a really rough few months we finally be able to overcome everything and realize we love each other too much to let some time apart and heavy work to get to us. At that time, he actually the one who found me again and make me realize what really important. He's then gave me an engagement ring, in which he wont be able to give to me before because he wants to buy the ring with his own hardworking money and not his parents money to show me that all of his work just to give me a everything i want...

and that's our story... :) how childhood enemy, become accidentally in love and ready to start a family together.
